Title: Olympic Muzzy Bull Elk draw

My partner and I drew this tag this year.   I have never spent any time in that area.  Any pointers on where to start scouting and how to hunt would  be much appreciated.  Will they be out of or at the last bit of their rutting cycle at this time ?
