Title: When is the deadline to purchase the special hunt tags?
Post by: gunboats on June 22, 2013, 10:02:30 AM: Does anyone know when the deadline to purchase moose, sheep and goat tags. I called WDFW and they said it would be in the license purchase area. So far it is not.

I read to say that the dept sets a cutoff date for you to get your tag(s) that is at least 15 days from notification of being drawn or they offer it up to someone else?

If that is the case I would email the dept today stating you cannot locate the cutoff date to get your tag before you lose it, and ask for verification as to what that date is, that way you have a time & date stamped paper trail started, then first thing Monday morning I would follow-up again with another phone call.

I just received an email from WDFW that said the same thing. 15 days from when you receive the letter.

"You will soon be receiving a letter in the mail that will explain what will need to be done from here. You will have 15 days from the day you receive the letter to purchase your moose license and tag."

Where did you purchase your tag? I got my postcard in the mail but there's no option to purchase my moose tag online.
