My finished Black Eagle Rampage Long Draw (.250 spined) arrows finished up at 540 gr. (200 in the first two inches) @ 280 fps. :yike: I went with the 78 gr. hidden brass insert and they will be tipped with 100 gr. viper trick.
I think I may have enough energy :chuckle: Overall I am very impressed with this arrow.

Right on. Black eagle arrows are great. I have been shooting the carnivores for a while now and really like them.
-
Geeze Phelps, what is your draw length?
Yeah the Eagles are awesome!
-
31.5" and I shoot a short D-loop (I could shoot a 32"+ if available). Gotta love being 6'4" with long arms.
-
Love my black eagles! I got some carnivores a few weeks back and absolutely love them!
-
31.5 :yike: makes my 27" seem short wait it is short :bash:I hate t-rex arms
-
Thats some serious arrow... Im with you on the t-rex arms, im jealous of all you long draw fellas. I feel like im shooting little crossbow bolts with a 26 3/8 draw.

Nice arrows n great speed.i just built me some deep impact lt 300s and am loving them.whats even better is i can get em at my local shop now too.
great choice.

26 3/8 you shoot a 26 1/2 or 26 inch draw?
-
Yep Strother short draw cams at 26 3/8. I wish i could say i could shoot 26 1/2 but i can't get a release to fit in that small of a d-loop and the nock. With my PSE i shoot 26 inches with a longer d-loop.

that's funny, I'm 5'8" and have a 29" draw...can you say gorilla arms :)
