Title: Snow report
Post by: FamilyMan01 on June 27, 2013, 09:46:10 AM
Hello all~

Scouting time is upon us with the newly posted draw results.  I am planning to head up this Monday and am curious what the snow pack still looks like above 5800'???  I will be marching around the woods just east of Chinook Pass.

Anybody get up there recently who can attest to what the snow conditions are still like?

Thanks in advance

Was up at Clover Springs last week. A few patches of snow, but got around fine.

There was quite a bit of snow at 4500 last week near Mt Adams. Some places still blocked.

Call the local ranger station. They'll know.

My brother said there was snow between Takalak and horseshoe on saturday. He rode the bike up so didn't try and go through.
