Title: Rainy Pass to Stehekin?
Post by: timberghost72 on June 27, 2013, 06:56:46 PM: Couple of guys and I are looking to backpack this trip from Rainy Pass to Stehekin via Rainbow lake. It looks to be about 11.5 miles, 3500 ft total gain and 2600 ft loss. It doesnt sound bad at all. Has anyone done this? How would you rate it? Difficulty, scenery, a decent route to take etc.

I just read something about that yesterday. Thanks for the replies.

Not sure if we are going now with everyone not being able to get the same time off. Anyone here up for a couple 2-3 day backpack trips this summer? I want to hit Glacier Peak area and ALW. Maybe I'll start a new thread.
