I finally got around to retrieving my camera that was left all winter long up in Peaches Ridge. The winter took it's toll on the camera and it no longer works :bash: On my way up there a big bear between 4-500 lbs ran right infront of us on the road. I got some good pictures last fall and i have one that i can't quite make out... I don't think that there is Coyote's up at 4500ft, but i could be wrong. What do you guys think?

Coyote.
-
That is definitely not a wolf! your spot is safe for now :)
-
Those pointed ears gave it away for me, coyote.
-
Yup a yote. Not safe for long saw a wolf along the naches river on the way home last fall.

Agreed. Coyote.

I will say this time and time again. If you have a doubt whether or not a coyote or wolf, it's a coyote. When you see a wolf you will know it, absolutely. It's a coyote.
-
100% pure coyote! Coyotes all over the 4500' level!
-
Yep a rug!!
-
I'm pretty sure the first two are elk :chuckle: and the third one is a coyote.
-
Yote
-
That is a dandy yote
-
Coyotes can pretty much live anywhere and adapt if need be. I usually see one every year where I deer hunt... its just a hair under 6000 feet
-
:yeah: I have seen them in city limits as well.
-
that is a sweet lookin yote, what a hide on the yote, would make a cool rug or even a hair on tan
-
I will definitely be shooting that guy if I see him this fall.
