Anybody ever order one from them? I did about 2.5 weeks ago and haven't heard a thing. Their site says allow 7-10, but I haven't even received a confirmation e-mail that it's on it's way or anything. They did get my card charged back then though... anybody else have any interactions with them?
I'm not too impressed so far :dunno:

I've ordered accessories from them but never a rifle. Those are cheaper at the store! Yes, the shipping was slow, with no fed-ex tracking. :bash: They said 7 to ten, but I think it took them five days to send an email that the order was processed, whatever that means. It took 12 days for the stuff to arrive.

It really depends on what you ordered... I say that because of the availability of some parts... Suggest you call them and ask or even email them they have a information email line - but I can not remember what it is - but I think I can find it quickly. Got it...

Yes, I ordered from them before learning that Bobs in Longview had a good selection. I wanted a NW converted Mountaineer. Anyway, it took about 2 weeks, the day I was calling them it arrived.
They lag the rest of the online selling world- no notification of shipping timeline, no tracking. Just take the order, charge your card, the silence. I have the same issue with a parts order. They do respond to emails and voicemail and Facebook messages, after a day. Must be a skeleton crew at this time of year.
Now my Mountaineer has to go back to get it to fire a cap. I am anxious about the whole thing.

I'd just give them a call to ease your worries.

Course the phone always goes to voicemail. But they do call back.

Oh I suspect I'll get it... just seems for as big as Knight appears to be, that they'd be a lot more proactive and communicative. I've sent a couple e-mails this week, but have heard back... guess I'll just be patient.

Just an update for any other curious/potential "purchase from the factory" Knight buyers. Finally got an e-mail at the end of three weeks that said it finally shipped out. They put some number on the note that looked like it might be a UPS tracking number, but it didn't work on the UPS site, so...? Anyway, I'm guessing at least another week?
Guess I better order ammo now for my October hunt... :chuckle:

Just out of curiosity... can I ask what you ordered from them?

The .52 cal. Disc Extreme in True Timber w/ thumbhole stock. Couldn't seem to find anybody that carried the .52 cal., plus they are knocking off 10% for the .52 so it made it about the same price as buying one from a store anyway. Already have some Talley bases w/ detachable rings and a peep sight... we'll see how that goes when it gets here. Ordered their 375 gr. Red Hot bullets and am anxiously waiting for everything so I can get it dialed in.

I've never seen .52 cal ammo at the store. :yike: You better order a bunch of it.

I think you might really like the 52 - mine is really a shooter - even though at the moment it is on the selling block... The 52 has a 1-28 twist faster than the normal. It really does help stabilize the longer heavier bullets. Knight has a very good weight selection of Bloodline .458 (45-70) bullets that will also work in their grey sabots for the 52. The 375 would be a bit big for most of the hunting that I do, except maybe elk hunting but the 300 Bloodline works a ton for that.
Hope you get it soon and get to do some shooting..
