I just picked 2 gallons of the little mountain blackberry's looking for some good ideas for deserts , fire away with your mouth watering berry's creations

Tonight you absolutely need a huge bowl of vanilla ice cream buried in berries!
-
Ha, I just had a dish of ice cream with I call it berry sauce, nuke the berries with a little sugar for 20 seconds and add a little corn starch to make instant delishisness.
-
Growing up, I'd always ask for a blackberry upsidedown cake for my b-day
-
Warm pie with vanilla ice cream.......mmmmmmm

juice them and put the juice in 2 gallons worth of containers with narrow mouths. Big juice bottles work great. put in 3-4 pounds of sugar and mostly fill with water then add a packet of yeast. poke a hole in a balloon and put it over the top.
wait a month or two til it stops fermenting.
siphon it off the sediment and drink.
brilliant dessert wine
