So we were out fishing for pinks yesterday with my parents in my Trophy off Eagle Point. We put 5 fish in the boat with a few hours of fishing. As we were taking off to head home, the engine started making a bit of a ticking noise, then lost power. I put it in neutral and headed back to check it out when it quit... tried to start it again and clunk! No movement of the flywheel! :yike: A very nice fisherman towed us the 9 or so miles to Fisherman's Bay on Lopez, thank you for saving us a crap load of money for vessel assist.
:bash: :bash: :bash:
Time to play amateur mechanic and open that baby up.
This really sucks when you live on an island, put an average of 3500 miles a year on your boat(s), neither one works, and you're not independantly wealthy. :'(

Thanks for the offer. We're trying to figure something out, but maybe. I can come get it though if we decide to go that route for now.
