Title: question?

So I was going down a road today and came across a feeder still up and full of pellets, thought they usually pull them before the season.

Bear feed I'd guess is what was in it. The pellets they feed the bears to try to prevent them from peeling trees in the spring.

Was this on Weyerhaeuser? Hancock?

I'm not sure when they stop feeding. I would think that the need for it would have passed by now. Bears have a more plentiful food supply, with berries becoming ripe, and plenty of insects. I doubt they're eating many fir trees at this time of year.

Normally they do.  However, some get forgotten.

It was pellet feed. Threw a pic of the feeder and the scat around it. I ended up getting my bear abouta mike away from the feeder in a swamp. Was not gonna hunt around that thing and get busted.
