This one just could pass but don't be fooled this one has far reaching implications than what one might think.

Post by: snowpack on August 08, 2013, 10:42:37 PM: They want to ban DIY assault weapons....so are they going to ban metal or carbon fiber or plastic? They have in writing to prohibit sales of things not regulated as a firearm that could be made into a receiver. The grabbers get loonier and loonier.

Plus if you read the health care parts it doesn't prohibit drs from asking about guns how stored etc.....
Better not have a bad reaction to any precription or your guns will be gone. It also goes into who smokes who drinks etc...

It doesn't seem to be on the NRA-ILA, USSA, or GOA radars yet; that is, there doesn't seem to be any notices out there from them regarding the bill. How did you find out about it? I just sent messages to these org's requesting an assessment and recommended action. The bill still appears to be in committee.
