Title: Hunting areas and partners
Post by: Ruger on August 27, 2013, 08:50:53 PM
Hey I just moved here about a year ago and looking for some good spots for hunting and also people who would want to show me around.  I have a good pointing lab that I need to get out as much as possible with whoever would like to get out and about.

IM me if interested in getting out this fall bird season....

Hi Ruger,
Too bad you don't live on the wet side.  My hunting partner moved with her Wirehaired Pointing Griffon and I'm dogless.

When I've driven rural roads on your side, I've seen signs "Feel Free to Hunt" and "Hunting by Permission" in crop fields.  On the Fish and Wildlife site they have listings for property enrolled in those programs.   I hear there are maps, also.
Good Luck and Have Fun
Diane

Ruger,

Send me a PM I have a spot that is grain/cow pastures and I also know quite a bit of the area north of here (colville nat forest)

I also have a Belgian Malinois that needs a friend to play with.
