Title: X-BOLT Owners HELP!!!

I really like mine as well. The rotary mag is pretty cool and it is a fairly light rifle. I bought it in the .300WSM. It can heat up after a few rounds since it is a thinner barrel but overall I enjoy it. Mine is the stainless stalker 6lb 8oz. I threw a muzzle brake on the front of mine as well and it looks and shoots great.

Won the RMEF LES SCHWAB rifle this year. $ 10 dollar ticket Traded it in at Welchers for a Stalker in 300 Win Mag.
Had them put a muzzle brake on it. In for scope now.
Can't wait to shoot it.

Just to add. I got a few PMs regarding the muzzle brake and who was the gunsmith. Here is my response and I think most people would agree on his work.

I took it to Mike Palazzo in Covington of Palazzo Precision. 253-631-3659. You can do some research on the site here as well as the internet and find that he is one of the the best (or best) in Washington and very reputable. Older guy, super nice, great work and builds some of the best long range bench rifles you can dream of. Worked for Beretta if I remember correctly. His muzzle breaks are homemade and fantastic. Does great trigger jobs. Does not advertise because he does not need too. Those of us that have had work done by him would gladly vouch on his work, not that he really needs us too. Works out of his garage which is a mess but don't let that distract you. You won't regret using him.
