I'm sort of curious to see how everybody did.
I went out to the cowiche and we saw 9-10 elk although 4 were unidentified. We heard tons of shots, way more than I've ever heard. And I saw a good amount of deer and elk sign now we just need some fresh snow :bash:.

I shot 3 times today at a 2x1 that was running about 120 yards in front of me they all missed :'(. But he ran down the other draw and someone else took care of him. Oh well we made someones day and we helped a guy load his 3x1 into his truck.

Just got off the phone with my buddy and they took out three spikes out of the Clockum this weekend!

only saw big bulls in the teanaway. seen around 20 elk, 2 6's, a raghorn 3x4 and bunch of cows. oh, and about 99387432 deer. not a lot of shootin goin on either. talked to a friend in the manastash, he seen 3 taken today and said the elk are runnin' around in circles at full tilt with there tongues draggin on the ground. i just sighed and laughed a little...

I was over in cowiche also, saw a couple of herds of cows 15-20 running like hell, all were withing shooting range hoping to see any horns. Talked to a guy up there and he said the muzzel load season was ever more crowded than it was this last weekend and a number of spikes were taken. I saw a camp with a little bear hanging but upon leaving I only heard of a couple of elk taken. I could not beleive how many hunters we saw canyon after canyon there was orange perched everywhere.
