So after spending way to much money on a old hawken replica that I do not trust, nor have all the parts to, I found another muzzle loader to purchase.
Ended up with a traditions tracker, think it will be a good gun to get my feet wet, bought it from a friend of mine for 100$, cheapest I could find for a rifle so close to the season.
Im stoked, going to shoot it this weekend, I will hunt the early season a bit, but I plan on hunting the late season harder, as I have some private land access in 381, which I hear is a good meat hunt.
Any tips for a new shooter?

First of all, make sure that your gun is WA legal--i.e., set up to use caps, not 209 primers. Next, I'd browse through the topics on this board. Lots of great info tucked in here!
Have fun and keep your powder dry!
