Title: Firearm restricted areas

Shouldn't all firearm restricted areas be listed as any deer? This is a mystery. I think a change needs to be made in the rules.

Why? The designation has nothing whatsoever to do with biology or harvest; it is strictly a safey measure intended to restrict centerfire cartridges because of the distance their bullets travel.
