Archery use to have all the hunting time and areas...Not no more!! Is it true that washougal unit is closed late season? Looks like the only area left worth a damn is ryderwood!! Is that also true?? This is the first year I've been able to hunt since I took a job in nevada...Back now 5yrs later. Whats up with this??

if you can find land the BG unit is your best bet, lots of deer but 99% private, also the washougal should be open thats my fav unit aside from the grayback and there are a ton of deer in it and huge bucks......... we used to have it in the late season

I am living on 160 acres in battleground!! I seen a 2x3 today at about 11:00pm in full rut mode. Its not the same hunting in back yard...to easy!! LOL!! I dont spend tons of $ on gear to camp in back yard. I do have deer here if all fales. I would just like more ELK area for late hunt.....i know cry you a river, and most people would love to hunt ower back yard. I'll make the best of it. I'm thinking Randell still hunt and let the hunters chase them to me like normal....LOL!! I belive washougal is closed late archery...Am I wrong???? Please let me know if I've missed somthing.
