Title: Is the Nile a ZOO for Rifle deer season?
Post by: brianb231 on October 03, 2013, 04:02:50 PM: Never deer hunted Rifle in the Nile but it may be my back up plan for my daughter if we cant get organized somewhere else. I was curious, is the Nile a zoo during rifle deer season?

Do a lot of guys go there specifically for deer during rifle season. It would seem that it would not be serious deer hunters first choice but who knows.

The Mod deer hunters are mostly elk hunters getting camp set up and scouting. If they come across a legal buck, they its a bonus.

Yeah, I appreciate the info greatly, I just am familiar with the naches to the Nile because that is what I have bowhunted for Elk the past 25 years but I was just curious what kind of pressure that the Nile got for deer during Rifle as a last resort plan.
