Si spent two weeks scouting in unit 448 and have yet found good land or any sign of deer. Any tips on where I could go would be greatly appreciated.

Send me a pm and let me know were you have been looking in the 448 and let me know a little about yourself and your abilities / capabilities and how well you do or do not know the unit "it's huge" and I just might be able to help you some if you are willing to get out of the truck....just sayin ;)

Also I'm new to washington. Born and raised in Oregon. Been hunting since I can remember just looking for some help from one hunter to another. Willing to drive to find some good hiking. Thank u all

Honestly, it's as easy as taking an afternoon drive away from the city and finding a big orange gate or two. The deer wont be far, here's a hint. Lewis, Thurston, King, Kitsap and Mason county have plenty of deer and public land.

Well iv tried that. If it was that easy anyone would do it lol. I appreciate the advise but I just can't seam to find them kinda roads.

448 is what I'd define as 'good land.' I drove over 100 miles yesterday just to get to 448...just sayin.
When driving, look for fresh clear-cuts on the hills...drive toward those hills until you cannot keep driving. Exit vehicle, load rifle, hunt. :chuckle:

:yeah: Well said, I live real close to it I have my whole life. The key is get the ass off the seat and into the woods  plenty of prime c-cuts many you can post up on a landing and glass a square mile or more. Go were my in the direction my pm sends you and you will see :whoo:
