Title: Best venison Pepper stick?
Post by: washingtonmuley on October 07, 2013, 01:50:19 PM: I am looking to drop some antelope to have made into pepper sticks but can not find a product I like. I drove 2+ hours each way on the weekend only to be very disappointed with the sample product that the butcher had. I would like to have teriyaki flavor made. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Post by: jackelope on October 07, 2013, 02:10:51 PM: I, along with everyone I gave some to, enjoyed the stuff I had made at the Golden Steer in Bellevue. Not sure where you're at. I can't say it was teriyaki but it was darn good.
