Title: Hold to license a trailer?
Post by: Dr. Death on October 08, 2013, 09:41:54 AM: I have a old utility trailer with no license, title etc. My kid is rebuilding it in shop for a project. What are the hoops I need to jump throught to get it street legal? License, title, tabs etc?

Post by: Sitka_Blacktail on October 09, 2013, 07:00:36 PM: I bought a trailer last year from a guy who bought it from a farmer in Oregon and it had never been licensed. He had to have it inspected and get a vin # assigned to it. And now to get a clear title to it I have to wait two years from when he registered it. Which is one year from today. It's registered and street legal, but no title for another year.
