I just spray my naked body down with flexseal a few hours before I go out and stay dry all day, that way I dont have to deal with leaking waders.

I got mine at Home Depot. The stuff remains flexible and never comes unstuck. I have even patched the soles on my hip boots.
Being a trapper it has been a constant battle to find somthing to keep the boots going for the season. Since I started using it (3 years) I haven't bought any new boots. Big holes, little holes, it fixes 'em.
I've tried all the shoo goos, aqua seals and you name it. Nothing compares to NP-1
Downside, it takes about three days to dry and it only comes in gun grade so best if you can save up some patching, otherwise a lot gets wasted when it dries out in the tube.

I have used polyurethane construction adhesive/caulk, from Home Depot.... Worked great on my waders, used it to seal holes, and to also fix shoes.
Only problem with this route is the multi day curing period....
