Title: Grouse Recipes

Gonna go kill a few grouse this weekend and need to know what to do with them.
So any recipes that wont make me throw up like a cat that got in to the medicine cabinet i will be willing to try!!!

Anything you would make with chicken will do. Just made grouse stir fry tonite.

Grouse nuggets are great! Just cut the meat into small chunks, bread it and fry it up in hot oil. Your favorite dipping sauce on the side. Its a camp treat!

brine it for at least an hour with salt and water, then coat olive oil, rosemary, salt and pepper and roast in over at 425 for 10 min or so...  Have fun!
