Title: First white tail, it's a doe but taste amazing!
Post by: Motorjosh on October 15, 2013, 07:01:20 PM: Shot her from 90 yards after seeing her from a mile away. Shot her just behind the front left shoulder. No meat was damaged. Did not want to really shoot a doe but missed a couple bucks on the opener. She was a mile from the rig but an easy walk after boning it out. After making a roast and a couple steaks from her I'm thinking about shootin a doe every year.
