Title: First hunt of the year

Went out Tuesday and had nice shoot. Not many big birds but teal are always tasty!

We treat duck and goose like steak. I find that folks that treat duck like chicken, really don't like their end product.

Duck breast pan seared in olive oil, duck shishkabob; a couple of ideas.

The Iceman is a good cook his  shishkabob goose was to die for.
