That's a whitetail on the pic does it matter?  Do all deer in heat smell the same?  Anyone know for sure if matters if the sample came from a certain type of deer?

Don't know about the WT/BT thing.  Just borrow the tarsal glands from someone you know who shot a buck.  They might come in for a visual check of the "new guy" in the area.

We've had bucks check out the cut off legs from deer shot earlier.

I put around my camera this morning i guess time will tell.  I already shot my deer for this year but i figured with the rut right around the corner it couldnt hurt to try it for $12.00.  Im going to check my camra next Saturday with my daughters and put more out we will see then.  I figure a doe in heat regardless of what kind when the bucks are looking it should draw there attention.  Correct me if im wrong.

Lets us know what shows up.  I'm just curious and look forward to seeing what you come up with.
