I have been doing quite a few animals to save money but wanted to get a better understanding of the meat I was doing so I look up some videos and found an awesome one to watch on YouTube if anyone else wanted to watch. Very clear of what is going on and just plane easy to watch. It's a 4 part video.

Few things I modify as far as using less on the saw at the beginning but still the same in the long run.
