Title: Pond O'reille
Post by: Camohunter20 on October 22, 2013, 11:00:52 AM
Anyone having much success on the Pond O'reille river? I know the weather isnt the best so hunting is slow all around. Just seeing what the northern part of the state is seeing.

Have had good success up there, but I will not go on weekends, it's nuts up there.

I hunt weekdays later in the season, the crazies are fewer in number.

Very few birds on the river right now. We need some cold weather and storms up north to push some new birds in. Weather looks better for fishing right now  :)

Opener was ok, not as many people hunting as I would have thought. Got a bunch of teal and shovlers. We hunted North of the cusik launch. Need some weather to push some new birds in
