I am not sure....the measurements I was given were by the person needing the cap. It was measured by a taxidermist. Apparently the measurements are roughly 8x23-24x26....does that sound right. I believe the 23-24 is at the ears and the 26 is at mid neck. 8 being the face. I am not sure why they need exact measurements when they are getting a new cape. The antlers would go on any cape...I would think. Just may be a little smaller than the actual buck taken. The antlers are a Heavy 2x4 with lots of character and a double eye guard on the two point side. It is 24" spread.I wouldn't be too concerned with the size of the cape, the color would be a bigger priority if it were me. Even if its a little smaller its just going to show off the rack better. Its always funny to see guys have their taxi's mount their average racks on huge capes, it makes the antlers look tiny. :chuckle:

Those measurments sound right. That is a really big cape. I got one in the freezer that's 25-26 behind the ears but that's an expensive cape. :chuckle:
