Just an FYI for those who may not have seen this:
 Emergency Rule Filed to Change Late Archery General Elk Season for Eastern Washington and Elk Special Permits
The Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife filed an emergency rule on October 23, 2013 regarding Late Archery General Elk Season for Eastern Washington and Elk Special Permits.  The CR103E filing containing the rule making order and WAC language can be found at the following link: http://wdfw.wa.gov/about/regulations/emergency_rules/2013/wsr_13-22-005.pdf (http://wdfw.wa.gov/about/regulations/emergency_rules/2013/wsr_13-22-005.pdf)
