Title: 113 Selkirk bull
Post by: mdbuck5x5 on October 31, 2013, 12:01:14 PM
Shot this guy this morning 200 yds up a steep incline and rolled 60 yds down the hill. He was with a cow and a muley doe of all things.

Nice young bull!  I wonder if the 113 roads were as orange as the 117 ones.   :chuckle:

Last Sunday, I thought, "I'll go for a little grouse hunt because there aren't any elk in ____ area"

Boy was I wrong, I saw probably 50 trucks on one road and I talked to multiple people who haven't seen elk in years and years   :yike:

They certainly have their own genetics when it comes to horn shape...those Selkirks bulls you can almost always tell the difference...
