Title: I guess I didn't wait long enough for the big one
Post by: bigbeamhunter on November 04, 2013, 08:59:28 PM: I went out predator hunting where I shot my deer i seen this buck in sept but haven't seen since until today
At least he made this year good genetics maybe next year.

But the buck I shot was bigger body wise and the more dominant buck I think mine was stating to regress

I believe in hunting not just killing for the recognition of killing the state record for which he is and within a few inches either way of the all time I've seen him in the yard eating what's left of my apples it's incredible to watch.
The yard even for me whether it's elk or deer is off limits but if they are out where I hunt em they are fair game
My nephew is 15 he's hunting next weekend with me so who knows.
I sent him those pics now he hasn't slept for a couple days lol

Hope he can handle some buck fever. A lot of guys couldn't with a big one like that in their sights. Great buck. 8)
