Title: My Brothers First Bull
Post by: ValleyHunter88 on November 08, 2013, 05:56:07 PM: My brother who is 10 was gonna go out before school to "find the big bulls" as he would say. He didn't get very far when he spotted a nice bull with a herd of cows in our hay field. They got withing shooting range of about 120 yards, and he shot him with my 7mm-08 Rem. in the spleen. The 120gr. Nosler Ballistic Tip put him down in his tracks. The bullet was mushroomed out perfectly, and was waiting underneath the hide on the other side.
