Title: What's everybody tactics for late bow elk season

My plan is go up at snow level to find the elk it's been working for me the last 3 years hope to get another cow this year. So what's are everybody's ideas to fill the tag before year is over and have to eat a tag soup?

hoping to get much farther from non gated roads. The freeway like conditions I was in last year left A LOT to be desired. Haha
