Before and after velvet. August 8th he gave me 2 pictures but no side shot. I've been searching for him for the last 90 days. I relocated my camera to see if I could find him. This location is set up with new tree stand and what do you know. The buck I've been looking for shows up! This will make for a fun late season! Just a couple more weeks.

That is a blacktail? :yike:

Good luck  Please post your story and pics when you get it done.

Nice buck cool to see how they look before and after

After getting a better look at the largest buck in the original post, I went back through my pictures asking myself if i would shoot a smaller buck if they were to come through. I was mostly just rehearsing the scenario and realized this other buck may be the big guys offspring the racks are so close just age difference. What do you think? They are in the same area. Another before and after.

So are you one of the lucky 448 late permit holders?
-
I'm just looking forward to the late archery opportunity. I wasn't able to put much time in back in September.

Is that a living room window in the background?
