Title: I finally hit it big! :)
Post by: grandpawrichard on November 19, 2013, 03:30:01 PM: I recently ran into a sale on a LOW Shutter Count Canon 5D Mark II with a 24-105 L lens, Canon Battery grip, 4 Canon Batteries, Canon 580EX II flash, 4 16gb. CF cards, Remote trigger, all of the accessories that the camera came with in the box and a Pelican 1560 Roller case complete with the optional Dividers and the storage pockets in the lid for $1,700.00 The camera and every thing with it was Spotless and looked Brand Spanking New!

The one photo I have taken with it since I bought it is totally Amazing! :) Now I have to learn how to use all of the controls, so that I can put it through the paces!

I upgraded the Firmware today, so now it's totally ready to "Rock and Roll"! :)

Post by: grandpawrichard on November 20, 2013, 07:40:42 AM: :) Thanks guys! :) I really didn't need another camera, but I've been Drooling over the 5D Mark IIs ever since they came out. So when the sale hit I figured the time and price was right, so I jumped on the deal with both feet before it could get away. :)

The bad part of the deal was that I spent my stash money that I have been saving for a Canon 600L lens, so now I'll have to prolong that purchase again. :( ;) :D
