Title: The Grand Ronde

Post by: WSU on November 25, 2013, 11:09:02 AM: If you look around there are places that still produce when its frozen. Think 2-4 feet of ice free and slow moving water. It still isn't much fun to catch a frozen steelhead. I've caught them there that were so lethargic that they didn't fight at all.
