Seemed the same as most low snow years.  Deer are there if you put in the work, we saw shooters every day.  The other thing with low snow is tons of hunters, and I think I met three different pairs of hunters that were new to the "legendary" swakane unit as they called it.  Three times as many camps as the year before but most had packed up and left by the elk opener.  I am guessing some were just killing time until elk season.

Our group all had opportunity but only filled a doe tag this year.  Last year was a doe and a buck, hardly legendary but always a good time with friends and family.
