Last years elk roast Dinner tonight
3 to 4 lb elk roast browned
1 1/2 cups beef broth
2 tbls butter
1 bag lipton onion mix
crimmini mushrooms
green bell
rosemary
garlic
salt and pepper
will adjust seasoning closer to finsh
