Post by: bankwalker on November 07, 2008, 06:21:26 PM: me and the gf are gonna go out tomarrow night for a little hike in unit 460. i got to take a couple shots with the new rifle and what better way then to put a couple holes (if the first one doesnt count) in a nice bear.

Post by: rasbo on November 07, 2008, 07:20:58 PM: Im bummed didnt get to hunt bear,last two years.Next year look out bears I gave them time off,last bear was 19" brown with black legs.His buddy ripped my camera off a tree and bit the crap out of it.I just gotta stay outta the hospital

Post by: klikboom on November 09, 2008, 06:41:26 PM: Bear season is over for me unless i happen to see one while helping my father in law get a buck next weekend. I was over east, tried to get away from this weather a little. Saw only one bears tracks in the snow, and that was it for the bruins. I did see a real nice 4pt mule buck (didnt get a pic). Tons of deer around, probably migratory from the snow.

Post by: Michelle_Nelson on November 09, 2008, 06:49:22 PM: I'll be hitting the woods every evening and any chance I can til the end on Bear Season. Been hunting them since the season opened. Seen 4 Bear this year. BTKR killed one and never got a shot at the others.
