It depends on the subject matter. Someone suggested Dave Ware, which would be right if it has to do with wildlife management.
What is the issue you would like to address?

Post by: Crunchy on December 15, 2013, 09:53:17 PM: I have one I planned on emailing. Why have a late archery season in margaret and toutle when almost all of the elk have been pushed to the mudflow? Then post where the elk are as an elk sancuary closed Dec 1-Apr 1. Not much of a quality elk tag.

That is probably the best solution. Sending an email directly to someone you don't know, like the Director, is likely to get ignored or responded to by an assistant.
