Title: Shotgun Dilema
Post by: madcow41 on December 22, 2013, 06:34:18 PM
So I have a Browning Citori OU 12GA and a Ithaca Featherlight 20 GA pump.

I like chasing turkey and doing some upland hunting and I am trying to get into waterfowl. I kind of realized that I am not really equipped to do those things the best that I could and I am thinking about selling and refitting myself.

My initial thoughts are to sell the 12 and 20 and buy an OU 20 and a pump 12.

Any thoughts or opinions?

Thanks

If your Citori shoots 3 inch keep it and it will do everything you need and want it to.

Make sure your barrels are proof'd for steel if you keep the Citori.  The Model 37 should be fine for Upland so it sounds like you could be set.

Sell?? No, no, no.....

Go by a Benelli Super Black Eagle II and you will be set for everything.
