What are the sites like this season? I see one of them has a blind.

I haven't hunted the fields specifically but I've been around them hunting at different times throughout the season. I haven't seen any birds working them at all. The Basin has been slim on duck #'s this year and the geese don't seem to favor the heavy stubble. I saw a group hunting the field with the blind on it but they were there until dark and didn't seem to be having any luck. I saw some geese in fields out by Quincy near the reservation field out there but nothing in that field itself. I don't favor the reservation process on those fields as scouting is important to having any success in them. A reservation doesn't do you any good if there are no birds using it.

Thanks mfowl. I will not have the luxury of scouting. I am still laid up from shoulder surgery.
The one with the blind looked good since I probably will not be able to lift the shotgun for a couple of months.
