The picture doesn't do it justice, but I tried this following recipe with 2 Hooded Merganser hens I harvested. I thought it was quite good although my wife didn't care for it. I haven't been too adventurous on how I cook duck until now. I usually just bread, season and pan fry. From now on I'll keep trying new things.
