Title: I need help
Post by: boneaddict on November 12, 2008, 06:05:54 PM: I have a switch on my lens.....its very important...image stabilization I have a choice of O or l Do any of you know the universal symbol for on versus off is. I took pics of my buck live before I stalked him and I think I had it set to off. The pics suck. ARGHHHHHHH I don't want to make the same mistake again. Light sucked but shouldn't have mattered.

I have a 300 and when I enable the AF I can feel and see the image stabilizer kick in. And as others said, "1" is on and "0" off, kind of a computer digital thing. BTW - lots of good pics you have been posting.
