Looks like Wyoming is going ahead and making the change they have been considering to the bison priority ranking list system for 2014. Instead of a $20 nonresident application fee to apply now you will have to pay a $14 application fee and front the whole nonresident tag fee of $2502 and wait for a refund if not "drawn", or placed high enough on the list. How do you figure this will affect the "draw odds"? As near as I can figure the odds were just below 2%, I'm betting they double at least. I guess it really doesn't matter to me though being I'm Once In a Lifetimed out, but I am curious to see how it goes.

Guess I will still play the game. If charging the whole cost up front they should start some kind of point system for Bison. It's going to be expensive JAN-FEB applying for Wyoming tags.

We'll the odds will get a lot better... I will be one less putting in if I have to front the money for it... You are out 8k already to them if you have put in for the other animals. For a few months...
