Ya this micro-stamping thing seems like a huge crock of BS...even if the firing pin could reliably imprint that much data onto a primer, it seems to me all you would have to do is polish a thousandth of an inch off the firing pin to remove the micro-stamping anyways.  :dunno:

The micro-stamping idea is useless.  What happens if a micro-stamped shell is picked up at a shooting range and deposited at a crime scene?
