Title: Pass required to park on beach for clamming?

So we're thinking of going razor clamming for the first time in 20 or so years.  Is there any kind of Discovery/Forest/"Extra Fee for the children" pass needed to park on the ocean beach these days?

No . At least not yet . But give them time.
