Title: Pitcanny rail for Bushmaster AR-15..... and best places to shop for AR-15 part
Post by: Dan-o on January 20, 2014, 11:40:27 PM: I'm an AR newb, but I did pick up a Bushmaster and have been a dding a few accessories.

I want to add a Pitcanny rail. I think a fairly short one would do.

1. Where can I find one?
2. Best sites for AR accessories?

Post by: Jburke on January 20, 2014, 11:46:12 PM: Are you talking about adding the rail to the hand guard? Is it the standard plastic hand guard? They can be found on eBay even. AR accessories are everywhere now. Brownells, Midway, Ar15depot.com, even walmart carries some. All just depends on what you want.

I asked here first, then went to the WWW, and sure enough it's almost harder to find sites that DON'T sell AR parts.... :chuckle:

Looked thru some catalogs the other day....all I could see was a bunch of tacticool crap that would break or leave me with nothing but an expensive baseball bat.
