Is it legal to fly with loose powder?  Other travel challenges with a smoke pole?

Check about midway down on the linked page.  It's spelled out as gun powder and percussion caps not being allowed.

Thank you for bringing this one up.  I never thought about it being different than traveling with a rifle.
